The BBC, Britian's national television station (like the CBC), presented this documentary some years ago on April 1st, that fooled a lot of people
2. Why do you think the tradition of April 1st continues?
Not an April 1st prank, this video below was made to warn people not to be so easily fooled
3. We have all been fooled. Share a time when you or someone you know has been fooled.
From Zuri, doing what siblings do-the first time I ever fooled someone was when I was 9 or 10, me, Ayla and my soccer teammates where having a ``Celebratory meal`` at pizza hut, Ayla went to the washroom so I did what any normal human being would do, I pored the entire salt shaker into her 7-up, when she came back she knew something was up because her drink was really fizzy. But she drank it anyway. She was mad at me.
ReplyDeleteFrom Ethan, mom’s are tough to trick-well once a couple years ago i faked to my mom like i broke my arm and she didnt belive it because i guess shes not gullible.
ReplyDeleteFrom Kris, 2 classic pranks, well done parents-one morning I woke up and was gonna get up but when I looked at the ground there was about two hundred plastic cups of water in my room so I couldn't get up or the water would spill all over my room. At that time I already needed to go to the bathroom. When i started picking up the cups I realized that there was no room to put the without spilling so I started drinking the water. By the time I cleared a path out of my room i ran to the bathroom but it was locked. I waited and waited but I thought i was gonna burst. At some point my dad opened the door and I sprinted to the bathroom and finally did my business. When I came back a bunch of my stuff was hidden. I looked for my stuff for hours but couldn't find it. At some point I had to go do something on my laptop. I had one of those office chairs and when sat down the chair sank a little and a really round sound went of. I got so scared that I flew of the chair. To the bottom of the chair there was an airhorn taped o when the chair sunk it made a loud noice. That was it to that day my parents start giving me clues to find my stuff and I found it. That was one of the amazing pranks my parents have played on me (mostly my dad). There is a lot more but this is it for me.
ReplyDeleteMs Miller did the Same air horn prank above to me. it really worked well. Also the water cup trick above I did to the office of the person who is our school division chief superintendent. He had troubles getting to his desk that morning. I like Kris’s Cup version better, having to drink your way out.
ReplyDeleteFrom Zuri, and be careful if you dine with her soccer teamSO, our story begins when I was about 9 maybe 10 and my soccer team was having a windup at Boston Pizza. At the time I was drinking 7UP and I decided to use the washroom, well that was my 1st mistake. When I came out of the washroom Zuri had a devilish smile on her face and was staring at my drink then at me. Mistake number 2, I STILL HAD A SIP OF MY DRINK! Now you may be wondering what did she do to my drink well, guess. No, she didn’t put poison in it, that’s stupid… she did something worse than poison. SHE DUMPED THE WHOLE SLAT SHAKER INTO MY DRINK! And look what she did know, she started what seems to be a tradition with our team. Every time you go to the washroom someone will put random items in your drink such as slat, pepper, random slices of pizza, napkins, and the list goes on.
ReplyDeleteFrom Sofia, a Mom doing the tricking-Once my friend’s mom served my friend her breakfast frozen ( the night before, she put the bowl of cereal in the freezer overnight).
ReplyDeleteFrom Bailey, proof again that Mom's are hard to trick-I tried to fool my mom but it ended up working on my dad. I put tape on the little sprayer thing beside the sink so when he turned on the sink it would spray him.
ReplyDeleteFrom Katrina, some more great Dad pranks, and Dads being tricked againLast year on Easter morning my dad played two pranks on both Marisa and I. The first one he did was... on Easter morning he woke up early and took some of the chocolates out of the rappers and ate them. To replace the chocolates, he put grapes in the rappers. Once both Marisa and I collected our chocolates, we realized that there were grapes instead of chocolate. The second one he did later that day was... he took some Oreos from the pantry and scrapes the icing off them. To replace the icing, he put toothpaste in them instead. He called us into the living room so that we could see he was eating Oreos. I ran to grab one, went to take a bite and then spit it out because it didn’t taste right. At first, I thought that they were mint Oreos because it tasted like mint, but then I realized I was toothpaste in them. I have one more that Marisa and I did to him one time. My dad was outside doing some work. He always keeps his water bottle in the fridge so that he can go get some when he wants. We decided to drain some of the water from it and put a little bit of vinegar in it. Once he came inside, he went to go get his water bottle, he took a sip and then spit it out right away. This was fun for us to get revenge.
